What is GAPP?
The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid waiver initiative that delivers in-home skilled and non-skilled nursing services for eligible children from birth up to age 21 who have qualifying developmental or medical conditions.
Personalized Pediatric Care — Medicaid Funded
Caring for a medically fragile child can be emotionally and physically demanding. The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) offers relief by providing free in-home care services through Medicaid. At AMPMHLLC SERVICES, we support families in accessing the benefits they deserve—completely free of charge.
Services Offered Through GAPP
Our skilled nurses and caregivers offer:
- Assistance with bathing, grooming, feeding, hygiene, G-tube, wound, and catheter care
- Medication reminders and insulin support
- Help with mobility, transfers, and wheelchairs
- Respiratory therapies and suctioning
- Monitoring of vital signs and general health assessments
All services are fully covered by Medicaid—families have no out-of-pocket expenses.
